Jerry Bruckheimer meets Isla Fisher. Who wins? In the long term, I think that the actress will be bringing audiences to this movie years and years past its sell-by date.
The Incidental Housekeeper
Isla Fisher made my viewing of the movie “Wedding Daze,” a woofer recommended to me by Susanne Dunlap, into an entirely watchable, if still doggy, entry in the romantic comedy oeuvre. Jason Biggs was adorable as were the supporting cast, but the script was a little too lame to overcome. I would have preferred a second viewing of “The Proposal,” though and will treat myself to that on this holiday. I will put “Confessions” in my Play Instantly Netflix cue, though!
